HMMI for Utility Boilers Project
This EPC project for installation and commissioning of Human MachineInterface for Utility Boilers was awarded to Alfaat and comprised thefollowing scope of work;

  • Site Survey.
  • Design & Engineering as per client requirements.
  • Selection and procurement of suitable instruments, transmitters and softwares for monitoring and control of boilers.
  • Installation of instruments, transmitters at boilers.

SABIC Sabtank Project


OSP Work for AREA 3 CCTV Monitoring Cameras & Linkage between Local Control Room (LCR) & Central Control Room (CCR)

This project has just been completed and handed over to the client. The project comprised the following scope;

  • Site Survey
  • Mobilization of crews and associated equipment. Design, drawings and equipment selection as per client requirements,
  • Installation of RGS PVC coated conduit over 4.1kn
  • OSP works like trench excavation, duct bank construction and foundation preparation.
  • Installation of scaffolds, conduit supports and PVC coated RGS conduit, Liquid tight flexible conduit.
  • Installation of pull boxes, junction boxes, unions, glands etc.
  • Power & FO Cable pulling thru conduits and trenches.
  • Splicing & termination of FO cables in the junction boxes and Control Room panels.
  • Installation of Full Grounding System for all the equipments, poles and LTFC.
  • Tagging of all power and FO cables.
  • Testing of FO and power cables and submitting the results to clients as part of QC dossiers.
  • Installation of CCTV cameras and Control Room equipment. Testing & commissioning of CCTV system.

SABIC Petrokemya Project


Upgrading & Renovation of Petrokemya Security Control Room Project

This project is complete and about to be delivered to the customer. The project covers the following scope;

  • Site Survey & Study of existing monitoring systems of Security Control Room.
  • Proposing a modern and state-of-the art console, video wall and biggermonitors to replace the old and out-dated monitors. De-termination of all cables, removing old equipment, installing new equipment and re-terminating the cables into new equipment.
  • Installing modern Gypsum Roof with hidden lights. The scope also called for installing remotely controlled spot lights with Dimmer Switch.
  • Installing wall papers on CR walls.
  • Replacement of existing Raised Floor Systemm.
  • Testing & commissioning of the entire new system.
